    RETURNS:
    Choosing the right size for your dog can be tricky sometimes, especially when they are still growing.

    Therefore don`t worry, you can return every item* within 30 days of receiving your package.

    Just follow these easy steps and conditions:

    1. Items must be still unused and in their original condition and packing
    2. Items must be sent back with tracked postage
    3. Contact us before sending anything back! We will guide you through the return process.

    *Personalized items are made just for you, they are not returnable.


    REFUNDS:
    We will process your return within 10 to 14* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

    *During peak seasons please allow up to 20 business days for your return to process.
