At Bestia, we’re all about premium craftsmanship, superior materials, and giving your dog gear the luxury it deserves. Our optional Upgrades allow you to take your purchase experience to the next level—whether that’s extra coverage, extra time, faster handling, or full delivery assurance.

These Upgrades are optional add-ons to your purchase and are governed by the following conditions. By selecting an Upgrade, you agree to these terms.


1. General Terms

  1. Upgrades apply only to purchases of Bestia gear made on bestiacollars.com and to the specific order in which the Upgrade is applied.

  2. The Upgrade fee is non-refundable and is separate from the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  3. The Upgrade will only take effect once the underlying product order has been paid and confirmed.

  4. Upgrades are non-transferable and apply to the original buyer and original order only, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

  5. All standard product Terms & Conditions, Warranty, and Returns & Refunds of Bestia remain in force. Upgrades operate as additional benefits, not replacements for those standard terms.

  6. Bestia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Upgrade programme at any time, provided we honour any Upgrades already purchased before the change.


2. Upgrade Options & Terms

Below are each of the available Upgrade services—please refer to the individual product pages for precise pricing and options (e.g., 3- or 6-month warranty extension). We summarise the key terms here.

a) Extended Warranty

When you purchase the “Extended Warranty” Upgrade, you extend the standard 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects to the selected period (e.g., 3 months or 6 months).
Coverage: manufacturing or craftsmanship defects only (loose/missing hardware, faulty stitching, separation of bonded leather, etc.).
Exclusions: normal wear and tear, chewing or tearing by the dog, water damage, improper cleaning, excessive force, incorrect sizing, and misuse.
How to claim: You must provide proof of purchase and clear photographs of the fault when contacting us. The warranty covers repair or replacement only, at Bestia’s discretion.
Note: Customised or personalised items are covered only insofar as the defect is purely manufacturing-related.

b) Extended Return Window

When you purchase the “Extended Return Window” Upgrade, you extend the standard 30-day return period for non-personalised items to a longer period (e.g., 60 or 90 days) as selected.
Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Items must have been stored properly and show no signs of wear, damage, or animal chewing.

  • You must contact us before returning an item and use tracked shipping at your expense.
    Exclusion: Customised or personalised items are excluded from this extended return benefit.

c) Priority Handling

When you purchase the “Priority Handling” Upgrade, your order is moved to the front of the production/shipping queue. Standard handling time is typically around 5 days; with Priority Handling we aim for 24-48 hour processing.
Note: This upgrade speeds up processing only—it does not guarantee carrier transit time or customs/delivery delays outside Bestia’s control.

d) Worry-Free Purchase

When you purchase the “Worry-Free Purchase” Upgrade, you obtain full refund protection if your order does not arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit.
Note: This upgrade covers delivery risk and mis-description only, and does not extend to other issues (e.g., incorrect sizing, change of mind, normal wear).


3. Important Notes & Exclusions

  • Upgrades apply only to the version selected at checkout (e.g., 6-month warranty vs 3-month warranty) and cannot be upgraded retroactively.

  • Upgrades are not a substitute for proper use, sizing, maintenance, or care of Bestia products. Misuse, negligence, chewing, scratching, exposure to water/chemicals, or lack of maintenance may void coverage.

  • Bestia’s standard Returns & Refunds policy remains intact for all orders—these Upgrades provide additional benefits on top of standard rights.

  • Bestia reserves the right to refuse a claim or return if the item is found to be damaged due to misuse or does not satisfy the stated conditions.

  • For claims, contact our Customer Service team with your order number, proof of purchase, relevant photographs, and detailed description of the issue.

  • Bestia’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Upgrades programme.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Upgrades

The Upgrade fee is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable local consumer laws.

If you cancel the underlying product order before final dispatch, the Upgrade fee will be refunded.
